CenturyLink buys Steamroot to strengthen video delivery services
CenturyLink is buying Steamroot, a technology firm specializing in video content delivery network services, to help bolster its own CDN and edge computing products. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. CenturyLink will be acquiring both Steamroot’s technology and its team.
